Who buys from us in quantity
- Pubs and sports clubs. Steel dart boards, poker chip sets and tumbling towers, usually several at a time and replaced as they wear.
- Hotels, holiday parks and campsites. Games rooms and rainy day cupboards, where the same board games and game tables get used by different guests every week.
- Schools and youth clubs. Quiz buzzers, carnival games sets and chess sets, often bought to a budget set at the start of a term or a year.
- Care homes and community centres. Board games, mahjong and jigsaw puzzles for regular group sessions.
- Corporate buyers. Team nights, staff events and prize stock, usually one delivery to one address by a fixed date.
- Retailers buying to resell. Repeat quantities of the lines that sell, quoted against a schedule you supply.
One thing worth saying plainly, because it saves a conversation later: our stock is brand new end-of-line and excess stock from large wholesalers. That is how the prices stay where they are, but it also means a line can run out and not come back. If you need the same product topped up year after year, tell us at the quote stage and we will be straight with you about what we can hold.
What a quote covers
- Quantity. The unit price moves with the number, and the number is the first thing to tell us.
- The mix. A quote across several lines is usually better than several separate ones, because the delivery works out differently.
- Timing. If you need it by a date, say so at the quote stage. Our normal handling is 24 to 48 hours and delivery is 5 to 7 days, and we will tell you honestly whether a date is achievable rather than take the order and hope.
- Delivery. Included in the quote for the whole order, not added per line.

Frequently asked questions
Do you have a trade price list?
No. Quotes are built against your actual quantity and mix, which nearly always works out better for the buyer than a flat list.
Is there a minimum order?
We do not publish one. Tell us what you are after and we will tell you straight away whether it is something we can quote for.
How do I get a quote?
Send us the products and quantities you want through the form on this page, or by email. Most enquiries are answered within one business day.
What do you actually stock?
Physical games only: board games, chess and mahjong sets, dart boards, poker chip sets, quiz buzzers, carnival and ring toss sets, jigsaws and a folding sports games table. We do not deal in video games, consoles or digital codes.
Can you source a game you do not list?
Ask, but do not count on it. We buy end-of-line and excess stock from large wholesalers rather than ordering to spec, so what we can get depends on what is available at the time.
Will a line still be there if I reorder?
Not necessarily, and this is the one thing worth knowing before you plan around us. Stock is brand new end-of-line and excess, so a line can run out and not come back. If you need a quantity, order it in one go.
Is the stock new?
Yes. Everything is brand new. Nothing is used, refurbished, ex-display or second hand.
Who buys from you at trade?
Pubs and sports clubs, hotels, holiday parks and campsites, schools and youth clubs, care homes and community centres, companies buying prizes or team-night stock, and retailers buying to resell.
How long does a trade order take?
The same as any order unless we tell you otherwise when we quote: handled in 24 to 48 hours, delivered in 5 to 7 days, anywhere in Ireland.
Do you deliver outside Ireland?
Our published delivery is Ireland wide. If you are outside Ireland, ask before you order and we will tell you whether we can do it.
What if something arrives damaged?
Tell us with your order number and a photo. Your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods apply to trade orders as they do to any other, and we will repair, replace or refund.
Can I see a product before I commit?
There are no premises to visit, which is part of why the prices are what they are. Every product page lists what the maker publishes, and where a maker publishes nothing the page says so. Ask us anything the page does not answer.
