Terms and conditions
Last updated 30 August 2026.
These are the terms you agree to by using this site and by ordering from it. If you do not agree with them, do not order.
Who you are contracting with
GamesCo Ireland, a division of Caruso Consulting Co Ltd, 23 Grange Rd, Rathfarnham, Dublin, D16 T293, Ireland. Contact: theteam@customersupport.care.
Prices
All prices are in euro. The price shown on the product page is the price charged. Delivery is shown separately at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but the price that applies to your order is the one displayed when you placed it.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods, and until then we may decline it, for example where an item is out of stock, where a price or description was obviously wrong, or where we cannot deliver to the address given. If we decline an order that has been paid for, we refund it in full.
There is no account to create: checkout is guest only, and your order confirmation email is your record of the order.
Product information
We describe every product as accurately as we can, including ages, sizes and safety warnings from the maker. Colours can look different between screens. Where we do not publish a figure, the page says so rather than estimating one; if a detail matters to your decision, ask us before you order. Measurements quoted are subject to slight variances, so measure your space before buying larger items.
Delivery
We deliver within Ireland. Delivery is free on orders of €75 or more, and otherwise €25. Allow 5 to 7 days in transit after a 24 to 48 hour handling time. Delivery times are estimates rather than guarantees, but goods that do not arrive within the agreed time, or within 30 days where no time was agreed, are our problem to resolve under the Consumer Rights Act 2022. Full detail on the shipping page.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
An order can be cancelled until it ships, at no charge. After delivery, you have a 14 day right to cancel a distance purchase under Irish law. Full detail, including what happens when something is faulty or wrong, is on the refunds and returns page.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Consumer Rights Act 2022. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded: they must be of acceptable quality, fit for their purpose and match their description. Where they are not, you are entitled to a repair, a replacement or a refund, and to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss.
Safety information
Some games carry the maker's age recommendations and safety warnings, and we repeat them on the product pages. Follow them: an age limit on a game is about safety, not ability. The steel tip dart board set is an adult item with sharp darts that are thrown, so keep it away from small children.
Using this website
Do not upload or transmit anything through this site that contains malicious code, that is defamatory, obscene or discriminatory, or that infringes someone else's intellectual property. The content of this site, including its text, images and layout, belongs to us or to our suppliers and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
Liability
Subject always to the statutory rights above, and to the extent the law allows, our liability arising from an order is limited to resupplying the goods or paying the cost of having them resupplied. See the limited liability and indemnity page.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order is the one that applies to that order. These terms are governed by the law of Ireland, and the Irish courts have jurisdiction, which does not affect any right you have to bring a matter in your own state.
